- Board Certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology/Oncology or Hematology only
- Active PA License or IMLC in hand
- Credentialing: 30-60 days
- Facility: A Cancer Institute
- Schedule: Dates: January 11-22, 29, February 1-26, March 15-26, April 9, 12-30, May 17-26, 31, June 14-18, 21-25, July 9, 12-30, 2027
- M-F; 8:00am-4:00pm
- No Call; no holiday coverage, no OT
- Assignment: Outpatient
- Medical oncology/hematology; new and established patients
- Ordering treatment; managing results and in-basket items
- EMR: Epic
