- Pay Rate: $200/hr
- Qualifications: CRNA
- Board Certified
- VA License
- ACLS, BLS (AHA)
- 2 years experience (1 year Academic Medical Center or Level 1 trauma required)
- Flu and Covid vaccinations (no exemptions)
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Trauma: Level 1
- Schedule: Dates: January 25, 2027 - Ongoing (13 weeks)
- 3- 12-hour shifts; 7:00am-7:00pm or 4- 10-hour shifts per week
- Weekly availability required (no weeks on/off); weekends if able; must work holiday weeks
- No locals; must live 50+ miles from facility; No Call
- Assignment: Surgery (Inpatient & Outpatient)
- Main OR (33 ORs), 16 offsite locations, 12 outpatient surgery ORs, 3-4 GI rooms; 600 beds
- Census: Age: 13+
- Technology- Ultrasounds for vascular access, CMAC, glideslope, Perseus Draeger anesthesia machines
- All CRNA scopes of practice; no open heart/thoracic, peds, OB or peripheral nerve blocks
- EMR: Epic
