Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $450/hr
- 24hr Call: $3,200 (incl. 4 hrs gratis)
- Night Call: $980 (incl. 2.5 hrs gratis)
- CB: $450/hr
- Qualifications: MD/DO Anesthesiology
- Board Certified (Anesthesiology)
- Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship
- NE License or IMLC (highly preferred; will consider candidates who need to obtain a license)
- TEE Certified (NBE Advanced PTE testamur)
- Clean malpractice/background
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- 187 beds; Trauma: Level 1; Academic Center
- Schedule: Dates: November 23 - 29, 2026 (urgent)
- M-F; 8-10 hour days
- Unrestricted overnight and weekend call
- Partial coverage of the block considered
- Assignment: Surgery
- To cover open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart cases; general OR as needed.
- Hands-on cases; occasional CRNA supervision
- 360-450 cardiac cases per year
- Average callback: weekday 2-3 hrs, weekend 1-2 hrs
- Census: Adults/Geriatric (no pediatrics)
- EMR: Epic
